20% Additional Duties on Imports from China and Hong Kong

On March 3, 2025, the Trump Administration implemented an Executive Order to increase the 10% tariff on all imports from China and Hong Kong to 20% on March 4, 2025. The tariff increase applies to products that are entered for consumption, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, March 4, 2025.  The additional ad valorem rate of duty of 20% is on top of existing duties and 301/202/232 tariffs.
