New China Tariff Exclusions – 9903.88.46
The United States Trade Representative (USTR) has released new China Tariff Exclusions from list 3. See page 6 (9903.88.46) list of products. The exclusions are retroactive to September 24, 2018 and expire August 7, 2020 unless renewed.
