USTR Extends 352 Expired Exclusions from Section 301 Tariffs on China
On March 23, 2022, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative announced an extension of 352 exclusions from the Section 301 Tariffs on China. The exclusions will be retroactive from October 12, 2021 and will remain in effect until December 31, 2022. The exclusions cover items from the 301 lists 1,2,3,4, which are currently in effect.
